Emily is the founder of Volo Match and serves as Chief Matchmaker. A cradle Catholic who returned deeply to the Faith and found the Traditional Latin Mass, she brings conviction, discernment, and a love for Catholic family life to the heart of the company.
A former Psychological Operations Officer in the U.S. Army, Emily has a unique understanding of human behavior, communication, and influence. After leaving behind the career-first path, she embraced life as a wife, mother, and homemaker in Western North Carolina.
Her work through Volo Match is rooted in the belief that strong marriages, faithful families, and well-ordered homes are essential to restoring Christian culture. She helps men and women pursue courtship with wisdom, discretion, and purpose.
Darlene is a traditional Catholic wife and mother. She is a native Floridian who brings a warm, grounded, and deeply personal approach to her work as a Volo Match matchmaker.
Married for more than two decades, Darlene understands the beauty and responsibility of Catholic family life. As a homeschool mom anchored in the Traditional Catholic faith, she and her family are devoted to living out the liturgy daily. The family attends the Traditional Latin Mass and are active in their chapel community, where they worship, serve, and continue to grow in the Faith.
Her desire to work in the Catholic space comes from a sincere conviction that holy marriages and faithful families are essential to the restoration of Christendom. She believes God’s refining in marriage through the joys and sufferings couples experience, is the true path to holiness, heaven, and ultimately raising saints. Darlene is known to be an advocate, mentor, and leader in her community, offering practical wisdom and prayerful discernment. Through Volo Match, she is honored to help serious Catholics pursue marriage in a real, personal, and intentional way.
Lena is a California based cradle Catholic, wife, mother of many, grandmother, homeschooler, birth doula, and mentor to women and families seeking to build homes rooted in the Traditional Catholic faith. Together with her husband, her lifelong companion since youth, she has spent decades building a large family centered on the Traditional Latin Mass, the Faith without compromise, and living the liturgical year in the home.
Formed through many years of marriage, motherhood, sacrifice, loss, homeschooling, and guiding married children into family life of their own, Lena brings rare steadiness, maternal wisdom, discernment, and lived experience to her work as a matchmaker.
With her husband and confessor’s support, she is committed to helping sincere Catholics discern their vocation wisely and establish holy marriages rooted in right order, fidelity, and Christ-centered family life. She believes “Christ is King” is not merely a phrase, but the foundation upon which enduring Catholic families are built.
Nicki is a Catholic wife & mother of 5 children, based in Chesapeake, VA. She’s a convert who has attended the Traditional Latin Mass exclusively for 15 years. She sees marriage as the ordinary means of sanctification for humankind, and the context ordained by God through which He wills the continuation and proliferation of His Church.
Nicki sees her work at Volo Match as an expression of her vocation to marriage, a vocation that extends to supporting more couples as they discern and pursue fruitful unions in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Strong, holy marriages are the bedrock of society. As St John Paul II says, marriage is the “least inadequate” analogy for Christ’s love of His Bride, the Church. Married couples are called to learn the true meaning of His sacrificial love when He said, “This is My Body, given for you.”
Pam and her husband, David, met online in 1999 and have been married for 25 years. Together, they have been blessed with seven children — five boys and two girls. Their younger daughter has special needs, which Pam lovingly describes as the gift of being “the mother of a living saint.”
Pam and her family live west of Atlanta, where they have attended their FSSP parish for more than 10 years. With decades of married life, motherhood, and faithful Catholic family experience, Pam brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep love for the vocation of marriage to her work as a matchmaker.
She is grateful to be part of Volo Match and looks forward to helping serious Catholics discern marriage and build faithful little kingdoms of their own.
Katherine Weaver lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband of 11 years, Brandon, and their two children, ages 6 and 3. She converted to Catholicism 12 years ago and has attended the Traditional Latin Mass for the past eight years. While Katherine works in the technology industry by day, she has a deep passion for helping traditional Catholics discern marriage and build strong, joyful, Christ-centered families.
For the past few years, Katherine and Brandon have assisted with marriage preparation, helping more than 30 couples prepare for the sacrament of matrimony. More than 10 babies have already been born from those marriages (what a blessing!). Katherine believes a strong marriage is rooted in communication, genuine friendship, and a shared commitment to keeping Christ at its center—remaining true to Venerable Fulton J. Sheen’s wisdom that it takes “three to get married.”
Joan is passionate about helping Catholic singles find their match by navigating intentional courtship with hope and clarity. She understands the reality of marriage—the good, the hard, and the holy—from the wisdom and grace gained through her thirty-year marriage and the raising of three adult children.
For many years, Joan served as a clinical nurse specialist across the U.S. Atlantic corridor, from New York to Florida, specializing in NICU, labor & delivery, and women’s health. She walked alongside those entrusted to her care during their most vulnerable and transformative life moments. She refined her assessment skills, listened with profound depth, and acted with calm, steady discernment and discretion.
Joan brings that same maternal heart, deep compassion, and understanding of human behavior to the ministry of Catholic matchmaking. Known to be trustworthy, intuitive, and detail-oriented, she is dedicated to providing her clients the same level of expert, specialized care she once provided her patients.
I am a cradle Catholic from Princeton, New Jersey, and have been happily married to my husband for five years. As a military wife and stay-at-home mother of three young children, I consider motherhood to be the greatest joy and vocation of my life.
Before becoming a full-time mother, I worked for several years as a mental health therapist. Choosing to stay home with my children has been one of the greatest blessings and most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.
Around the time I met my husband, I experienced a profound reversion to the Catholic faith. He introduced me to the beauty of Catholic Tradition, and through his encouragement and God’s grace, my faith has grown in ways I never imagined. For the past six years, I have attended the Traditional Latin Mass, which has been instrumental in deepening my love for Christ and His Church.
By God’s providence, I met my husband online just before 2020, so I understand firsthand the unique challenges faithful Catholics face while dating in today’s world. I am honored to be part of the Volo team and excited to contribute to its mission of restoring Christendom, one holy Catholic marriage at a time.
Giovanna lives in a small town in Upstate NY with her husband, Michael, and their son. They’re very grateful to be surrounded by her (very large and Italian) family, with everyone just a few minutes’ drive away.
A cradle Catholic, Giovanna has attended the Traditional Latin Mass her entire life, at the chapel her great aunt and grandparents founded. Deo Gratias!
She currently works part-time for her sister’s Facebook marketing agency. She has her own small copywriting business as well.

Meet Nina, Volo Match’s Social Media & PR Manager.
A convert to Catholicism from Protestantism, Nina attends the Traditional Latin Mass and has a deep love for the traditional teachings and beauty of the Catholic Faith.
Outside of Volo Match, Nina wears several hats. She has worked as a hairstylist for more than twelve years, has experience in social media management, and also works as a nanny. A New Englander at heart, she enjoys baking, writing, crocheting, and spending time with the people she loves most.
Nina’s work at Volo is rooted in a sincere desire to help faithful Catholics find one another, form marriages centered on Christ, and build families grounded in the Faith. She is especially passionate about helping share Volo’s mission with the wider Catholic world and encouraging singles to pursue marriage with greater intention, hope, and trust in God.
Above all, Nina hopes her work helps others grow in love for Jesus and Mary while supporting the restoration of strong Catholic marriages and families.
Meet Carolanne Moreaux, Volo Match’s Chapel Outreach Coordinator.
Born and raised in California’s San Fernando Valley, Carolanne is a cradle Catholic with a deep love for the Traditional Latin Mass and the life of the Church. She met her husband, Joseph, while they were both attending the Novus Ordo, and the two were married in November 2004 at Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Santa Clarita. Over more than two decades of marriage, their journey in the Faith has brought them through a variety of traditional Catholic communities, always drawing them back to the beauty and reverence of the Traditional Latin Mass.
Carolanne and Joseph renew their Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary according to St. Louis de Montfort each year, a devotion that has been a great source of grace in their marriage. God has also blessed their family in many ways, including the extraordinary gift of 29 godchildren.
Professionally, Carolanne brings years of experience in customer service and management within both the insurance and restoration/construction industries. She now brings that same persistence, warmth, and care to Volo Match, helping us build relationships with traditional Catholic chapels and parishes across the country.
As Chapel Outreach Coordinator, Carolanne’s work is rooted in a desire to make sure faithful Catholic singles know that serious, intentional courtship is still possible—and that their parishes have a trusted resource to point them toward as they discern marriage.
She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Church in this way and to play a small part in helping build strong Catholic marriages, families, and future generations.
